The advantages of employee leasing:
We seek for the required personnel from our extended database.
- The employee enters into labour contract with our company and all the administrative job is our responsibility: (payroll accountancy, checking-in and out of employees, keeping contact with the tax office, making labour contracts, paying the employees)
- Our company invoices the client company (VAT included), the client company can deduct the service fees as business expense.
- The client does not have advertisement costs and other costs in connection with administration.
- The client is informed only about the appropriate personnel so that the client spends time on potential employees.
- The required quality of personnel is guaranteed by our company, but if the client is not satisfied our company seeks for an appropriate replacement through advertising on our own cost.
- Should our database not contain the appropriate personnel for the client, our company will seek for the most appropriate personnel the client will require.
- The client does not have to consider period of notice and redundancy pay.
- The client has a limited legal responsibility for the leased employees.
