The advantages of employee leasing:

       We seek for the required personnel from our extended database.

The employee enters into labour contract with our company and all the administrative job is our responsibility: (payroll accountancy, checking-in and out of employees, keeping contact with the tax office, making labour contracts, paying the employees)
Our company invoices the client company (VAT included), the client company can deduct the service fees as business expense.
The client does not have advertisement costs and other costs in connection with administration.
The client is informed only about the appropriate personnel so that the client spends time on potential employees.
The required quality of personnel is guaranteed by our company, but if the client is not satisfied our company seeks for an appropriate replacement through advertising on our own cost.
Should our database not contain the appropriate personnel for the client, our company will seek for the most appropriate personnel the client will require.
The client does not have to consider period of notice and redundancy pay.
The client has a limited legal responsibility for the leased employees.
